The PHI Aviation SkillBridge program offers active-duty service members the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job work experience during their last 180 days of service. Through the DoD SkillBridge program, active-duty service members are matched with civilian opportunities—like those at PHI—based on their job skills and work experience.
Supporting Your Transition from Military to Civilian Life

Service members must be able to complete the program within their last 180 days of military service and must also obtain approval from their chain of command, which varies by each Branch of the Military. Such Branch Commanders may approve or disapprove participation by a Service member based upon unit mission requirements.
